Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples, ensuring a safe space to address relationship challenges while also seeing individual family members for personalized support.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist patients facing issues such as grief, loss, job stress, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate family therapy interventions to resolve conflicts among family members or siblings and support clients through transitions such as separation or divorce.

• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records, using digital platforms to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to formulate integrated treatment plans that address both mental and physical health considerations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
