This position is fully remote, utilizing a telehealth platform to connect with clients across Springfield and surrounding areas. As a part of our team, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, adhering to our standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that align closely with each client's specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to foster empowerment and resilience.

• Regularly monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to integrate new techniques into your practice.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Advocate for clients' mental health and needs, working to eliminate stigma and promote understanding in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Pinnacle Rehab Center, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your role will involve treating diverse populations, including vulnerable groups such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. You will play a pivotal role in guiding them through their complex emotional challenges and supporting them in their journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications\n
