This is an outstanding opportunity for early-career litigators to work alongside leading lawyers on complex, precedent-setting matters for some of the world’s most innovative technology and life sciences companies.The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling a diverse docket spanning intellectual property disputes, securities and regulatory enforcement matters, and high-value general commercial litigation. Associates at Fenwick are given meaningful substantive responsibility from day one.We require that the candidate be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
