Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including detailed assessments of physical capabilities and the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient-specific diagnoses.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies effectively with patients and their families, encouraging their involvement in the goal-setting process.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to optimize recovery.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication among multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, offering ongoing motivation and support to help patients reach their recovery goals.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, share insights on best practices, and collaborate on interdisciplinary care solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse demographic of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
