Business Development Associate-Federal and Defense

Position Overview The Business Development Associate – Federal and Defense helps identify government opportunities, engage agencies, schedule meetings, and support business growth across DoD and federal customers. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive strategic initiatives in the federal marketplace. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify federal opportunities. Conduct outreach to contracting officers. Schedule demos, briefings, and events. Attend government conferences. Track pipeline activity in CRM. Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in sales or federal contracting Experience in sales for B2B and B2G Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of DoD preferred. Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and regulations is a plus US Citizenship ( or meet FAR/DFAR requirements) Valid security clearance (Top secret/ Secret) or ability to get one Why Join Us?
