Office and Marketing Coordinator

Vivo Architecture Inc., (VIVO) has an immediate opening for a motivated, proactive, dependable and talented Office and Marketing Coordinator. The position may be full or part time and in-person at our Boston location in Charlestown. VIVO is a widely recognized and dynamic architectural and interior design firm, serving our clients with varied selection of projects both large and small. See us at Qualifications: Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office 360 Suite and Adobe Creative Suite applications. Knowledge of social media and public engagement platforms. Aesthetic and/or graphic sensibilities a plus. Ability to problem-solve multiple assignments while simultaneously managing ongoing responsibilities. Ability to self-start and set goals for the improvement and success of our operation. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Partnership and staff to ensure the daily and long-term needs of a successful office operation are maintained. Oversee, maintain and/or implement organizational systems and assets in support of the architecture and interior design staff. Be the point person for vendors, contractors, deliveries and guests. Collaborate with the Design Director on marketing and business development needs and opportunities, including maintaining strong social media presence, market outreach and others as needed. Organize and coordinate office events including luncheons, parties and other social network opportunities.
