Job Description

Position: General Labor
Pay: $15.00/hr
Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Greenfield, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a General Labor to start IMMEDIATELY at $15.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
Handle lumper duties and build skids for outgoing and incoming materials
Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care
Perform general material handling and organization within the warehouse
Keep the warehouse clean and orderly, ensuring safety standards are met
Use a forklift to move and store materials (training and certification provided if needed)

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks daily
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required — certification provided
Dependable with strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Attention to detail and commitment to safety

Skills:

Material handling and order picking
Loading and unloading shipments
Building skids and packing orders
Manual lifting and shipping/receiving processes
