What You’ll Do

As a seasoned sales leader, generating go-to-market strategies, establishing KPIs and metrics, and mentoring a sales team are second nature. This is a high visibility position that reports to the President. We know that the best salespeople are not always the best sales leaders. Mentoring and inspiring your team will be a big part of how your week is spent. Marketing and lead generating strategies as well as CRM compliance are another big focus of your new role. So how do you get here?

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years of management experience demonstrating revenue growth
• Construction industry experience is required, and direct industry experience will put you ahead of the pack
