About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to join its high-growth cybersecurity software business. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and scaling the US sales organization to meet ambitious annual recurring revenue and growth targets. This senior leadership role demands a professional with significant experience in senior sales leadership within the cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, identity, or cloud technology sectors. The VP of Sales will be responsible for defining and executing the US go-to-market strategy, recruiting and developing high-performing sales teams, and establishing a disciplined operating cadence to ensure the business's revenue engine is both predictable and high-performing. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, particularly within a recurring revenue business model. The role requires a candidate with a strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from CIOs and CISOs to Board members. A data-driven approach to sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting is essential, as is the ability to identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and be willing to travel as necessary. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, with an MBA or executive education being advantageous, and relevant certifications in cybersecurity, cloud, or sales leadership are beneficial.
