About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead and drive all sales activities across the Central Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve profitable growth, expanding market presence, and growing the customer base. This role requires close partnership with various internal teams to ensure the delivery of a clear and consistent sales message, as well as the development of sales training and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Experience in HOA, property management, or a related industry is essential. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President of Sales include leading the region in the development of target accounts, identifying customer profitability improvement plans, and coaching sales representatives on target account strategies. The role also involves analyzing the success of lead generation efforts, setting aggressive account development goals, and ensuring the effective use of sales tools. The candidate should be a strong leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. A self-motivated individual with a commitment to outstanding customer service, the ability to work in a high-performance environment, and a willingness to travel up to 50% are essential.
