Job Summary

A growing wealth management firm in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong marketing operations, CRM, and automation background. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys improving systems, managing campaign execution, and turning marketing data into clear business insights.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to support email programs, nurture campaigns, event communications, landing pages, Salesforce processes, reporting, and marketing technology optimization. This role offers strong visibility within the organization, direct partnership with leadership, and the opportunity to help shape scalable marketing operations in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, process improvement, campaign performance analysis, and hands-on ownership of the tools and workflows that keep marketing programs running effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage marketing campaigns, email programs, nurture sequences, event communications, landing pages, and related marketing workflows.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation processes using ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
- Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for campaign tracking, segmentation, lead routing, reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene.
- Maintain integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation tools, website platforms, and related marketing systems.
- Analyze campaign performance across email, web, events, digital, paid, and social channels, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Build and document repeatable workflows, reporting processes, and operational standards to improve scalability and consistency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Bellevue, WA area.
- Hybrid schedule with 2 to 3 days onsite after 90 days.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Own marketing campaign execution from setup through reporting across email, web, event, landing page, and digital channels.
- Manage Salesforce campaign tracking, lead routing, segmentation, reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene.
- Optimize marketing automation workflows, integrations, and repeatable operational processes.
- Provide campaign analytics and recommendations that support marketing strategy and business decision-making.

- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, demand generation, CRM marketing, or a similar systems-focused marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and campaign analytics for marketing and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of CRM management, segmentation, lead routing, workflow automation, campaign tracking, and marketing data quality.
- Experience managing email campaigns, landing pages, nurture programs, and marketing workflows from execution through performance reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, timelines, and moving parts at once.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate marketing data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or another regulated industry.
- Experience supporting paid media, social media, digital campaign tracking, attribution, or performance measurement.
- Experience working with external consultants, agencies, internal stakeholders, or cross-functional teams.
- Background improving marketing technology stacks, automation strategy, deliverability, segmentation, and operational efficiency.
