Qualifications Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience performing multiple phases of human resources and risk management programs, preferably in a public sector environment. Minimum three years of supervisory or mid‑level management experience within a government agency. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a closely related field. Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a closely related field (preferred). IPMA Certified Professional (CP), Senior Certified Professional (SCP), or SHRM certificate is desirable.
