Compensation: Hourly Rate - $2370 per 24 hours, 24-Hour Call - $2960 per 24 hours, Night Call - $590/shift, Call Back - $250/hr.

Schedule

12-Hour Call Shifts: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

24-Hour Call Shifts Available

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM: Restricted In-House Call

Weekend and Holiday 12-Hour or 24-Hour Shifts: Unrestricted Call

10-Minute Phone Response Required During Unrestricted Call

Must Remain Within 30 Minutes of the Hospital During Unrestricted Call

Perform Required General and Trauma Surgery Procedures

Work Independently During Nights and Weekends

Active Washington Medical License - Required

Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted

ACLS - Required

Recent General Surgery Clinical Activity - Required

Recent Clinical Activity Requirements

Must Provide Documentation of at Least 100 Surgery Cases From the Previous 24 Months

Case Logs Must Be Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Privileges Requested

Case Logs Must Include Diagnosis or Procedure

Case Logs Must Include Date of Service

Case Logs Must Include Facility Where Performed
