Commercial Finance Associate Attorney AmLaw, Regional & Boutique Law Firm Opportunities Compensation$150,000 – $310,000+
Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Commercial Finance Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio , including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo .
If you have experience representing banks, lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, or financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, I'd love to connect.
Ideal Background• 2–8 years of commercial finance experience
• Experience representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions
• Experience with asset-based lending, syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, revolving credit facilities, and term loans
• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, loan documents, and intercreditor agreements
• Experience conducting due diligence and managing financing transactions through closing
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client counseling skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
