Analyst Intern

Dinan Capital Advisors (DCA) , a middle-market boutique investment bank, is seeking part-time Analyst Interns . This in-person position, based in our Atlanta or Phoenix offices, offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across various industries and transaction types, including mergers & acquisitions, financings, restructuring, and valuations. Interns will collaborate closely with small deal teams and directly engage with senior-level bankers, working with corporate clients, private equity firms, and other institutional investors. Responsibilities include: Preparing presentations for new business development Industry research Data room management Perform financial analyses on client companies, including comparable transaction and public company analysis Research and develop potential buyer, investor, and other target lists Assist in transaction logistics, including: update web-based deal and contact management systems, support weekly client status reports, presentation binding, etc. Desired Skills and Experience: Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements in a fast paced, dynamic environment Qualifications: Exiting juniors pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or other highly technical area. This is an in-office position. Students must be able to commute to either our Phoenix or Atlanta locations. No prior investment banking experience is required, but a strong interest in finance is essential.
