Our facility features state-of-the-art equipment and a range of rehabilitation services aimed at facilitating optimal recovery outcomes for patients. We operate Monday through Friday, providing a structured work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, including reviewing health histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings accurately.Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in setting realistic and achievable goals.Implement individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation results, adapting techniques to align with each patient's unique presentation and needs within the framework of evidence-based practice.Collaborate with multidisciplinary health professionals as necessary, recognizing changes in patients' conditions and modifying treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal patient care.Perform comprehensive discharge planning, providing follow-up care and ensuring that documentation is timely and complete, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations.Manage your time effectively to meet productivity expectations, maintaining punctuality for meetings and adhering to the clinic's scheduling protocols.Engage in departmental initiatives and community marketing activities to promote services and improve access to care.Take an active role in professional development by pursuing continuing education and serving as a clinical instructor for assigned students.Enhance customer service and patient experience by demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse patient needs.Patient Population / Client FocusOur physical therapy facility serves a diverse patient population ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to elderly individuals navigating post-surgical rehabilitation.
