Working hours are Monday through Friday, comprising a 40-hour workweek. Our collaborative culture emphasizes teamwork, continual learning, and a commitment to excellence. As a part of your work setting, you will have the support of a larger interdisciplinary team focused on optimizing patient outcomes through shared knowledge and resources.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery and improving function.Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to facilitate healing, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and patient education.Monitor and document patient progress effectively, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.Consult with and educate patients and their caregivers to empower them in their recovery process and encourage active participation in their rehabilitation journey.Maintain a high standard of customer service by building rapport with patients and providing a supportive therapeutic environment.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to share insights and best practices, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of patient care.Achieve organizational goals related to patient utilization, satisfaction, and outcome metrics.Patient Population / Client FocusThe ideal candidate will engage with a diverse range of patients, including those dealing with orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, pediatric cases, and sports injuries.
