ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with strong Accounts Payable experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage invoice processing, vendor communication, expense reports, and payment activity in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist will support accurate and timely vendor payments while helping maintain clean financial records across multiple territories. Key Responsibilities Processing and matching parts invoices for multiple territories, ensuring accurate entry into the accounting system for vendor payment. Reviewing incoming emails, vendor communications, and monthly statements to ensure invoices are received, processed, and resolved in a timely manner. Retrieving online vendor invoices, reconciling monthly credit‑card statements, coding expenses, and collecting supporting receipts. Auditing and processing employee expense reports according to company procedures. Preparing funding requests, processing checks, submitting ACH and wire payment requests, and posting ACH and wire payments. Scanning check and invoice backup documentation, mailing checks, and entering check information into the bank portal for assigned vendors. Pay Range: $25 to $27 per hour. Job Type: Temp‑to‑Hire. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA.
