Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions using video conferencing platforms to provide clients with continuity of care.

• Develop, implement, and update personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with clients and their families.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including addiction specialists, medical professionals, and other social workers, to provide comprehensive care and enhanced support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress and treatment interventions effectively.

• Regularly assess client progress, adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary to meet evolving client needs and promote successful recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing detox and experiencing challenges related to substance use and mental health issues. You will utilize evidence-based practices to foster therapeutic relationships, helping individuals navigate their recovery journey effectively. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required, with a strong emphasis on clinical skills and practice.

• Possess at least two (2) years of relevant experience in a clinical social work setting, preferably within addiction recovery or mental health services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable in building rapport with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficient in working with diverse populations, showing sensitivity and adaptability to various cultural backgrounds and lived experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum experience required is two years, candidates with additional experience in telehealth services, crisis intervention, and familiarity with the detox process will be given preference. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this LCSW position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
