Certified Surgical Technologist Opportunity

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The CST will support patient safety by preparing the operating room, maintaining sterile technique, sterilizing and organizing instruments and supplies, and providing intraoperative assistance to the surgical team. This opportunity is based in Denver, CO at a hospital facility and focuses on elective surgical cases in a teamwork-oriented main OR environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Current DORA (Colorado) certification or state credentialing as required.
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Certified Surgical Technologist experience in a hospital operating room.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with general OR workflow and sterile processing for elective surgical cases.
• Ability to meet a required on-call response time of 30 minutes when scheduled for call.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with orthopedic and spine procedures.
• Experience supporting cardiovascular (CV) procedures.
• Experience with robotics, plastics, gynecology, and urology cases.
• Familiarity with OR electronic medical record systems such as Meditech or CPNT.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–17:00.
• Shift days: Days.
• Main OR setting with elective cases; no trauma.
• Number of OR rooms on site: 23.
• Call required with 30-minute response expectation when on call.
