About JustPark JustPark is the premier partner offering both B2B solutions for destinations and B2C services for drivers, simplifying the parking experience for venues, councils and private driveways. About The Role JustPark is the official parking partner of the FIFA World Cup 2026™, handling parking sales and operations for all US host cities. As a FIFA Client Success Intern, you will work alongside the Senior Manager of Product Marketing to support the day‑to‑day execution of the FIFA account. The position is client‑facing, representing JustPark directly with the FIFA team, attending calls, and serving as a key point of contact for their team. Responsibilities Operational Support Support day‑to‑day analytics and operations for JustPark's World Cup program, spanning all 104 tournament matches Coordinate with the operations team on logistics preparation leading up to game days, including data validation and communications support Be present on‑site at some matches, providing live data support and operational coverage; hours will include evenings, weekends, and the July 4th Round of 16 Client & Account Support Serve as a key point of contact for the FIFA team, representing JustPark in a client‑facing capacity Sit in on weekly calls with the FIFA team and help manage ongoing communication across fan comms, marketing, and operations Act as an extension of the FIFA brand within JustPark, ensuring their priorities and standards are reflected in everything we deliver Support the preparation of materials for FIFA stakeholder meetings and check‑ins Marketing & Comms Execution Support the rollout of email communications sent to all World Cup parking pass holders leading up to and during the tournament Help coordinate and create parking‑specific communications to be executed by the FIFA team, including their monthly ticket‑holder newsletter, FIFA app push notifications, and WhatsApp broadcast content across host cities Help manage the FIFA parking page, ensuring it is kept up to date and all necessary adjustments are made as efficiently as possible on an as‑needed basis Project manage and coordinate across key internal stakeholders to ensure marketing information is aligned and execution teams can act quickly, including our CRM and email team, website team, and operations team working on the FIFA account Track account status and flag changes related to fan parking comms that require action Track deliverables across the joint JustPark/FIFA marketing calendar Requirements Currently studying toward a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail‑oriented, comfortable managing multiple moving parts Confident and professional in client‑facing situations Interested in client services, business development, or marketing, as this role sits across all three Able to move quickly and stay calm when things change at short notice Monday – Thursday reporting in person to the New York office, with Fridays as a remote day Benefits Experiences/Perks of the role Hands‑on experience supporting a live, large‑scale international event partnership Real client‑facing responsibility from day one, representing JustPark with one of the world's biggest sporting organizations Exposure to client success, product marketing, and multi‑channel B2C communications A summer that will genuinely stand out and a story worth telling Simplifying journeys so you can breathe easier Subscriptions to mental health assistance platforms Travel stipend for local employees #J-18808-Ljbffr Nashville Public Radio
