Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate and personalized treatment plans. \n Provide evidence-based therapy through secure telehealth platforms, addressing a wide range of psychological issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. \n Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and motivation during their healing journey. \n Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches—to facilitate positive client outcomes. \n Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards, and maintain timely records to track client progress. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse population that includes adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges.
