Depending on your assigned project as a Human Resources Intern , you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by: Responsibilities Get exposure to the various areas of Human Resources including recruitment, workforce diversity, training,professional development, health & wellness, and HR special projects and general administrative functions Assist with research, coordination and administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives Support the implementation of corporate and regional initiatives Assist the HR team with planning and executing Seattle District initiatives Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation Undertake research projects as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or a related discipline. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and stated objectives while managing shifting priorities. Detail oriented and thorough. Works well as part of a team and with minimal supervision. Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs. *PCL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1-B, etc.) for this position. 18 years of age or older Available to work in Bellevue, WA full‑time in the summer and/or part‑time during the school year. The estimated salary range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour,based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
