Perm - Social Worker (LMSW) Adult Behavioral Health

We are hiring a licensed Social Worker for an Adult Behavioral Health Intake role supporting adults, adolescents, and children within a behavioral health setting.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
  
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  
• Some evening/weekend hours may be required.
  
• No on-call.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral health intake assessments.
  
• Develop safety plans and treatment recommendations.
  
• Complete clinical documentation and care coordination.
  
• Provide support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.
  
• Assist with referrals and person-centered care planning.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling REQUIRED.
  
• Active Michigan LMSW, LLP, or LPC License REQUIRED.
  
• Minimum 1 year post-master’s behavioral health experience REQUIRED.
  
• Experience working with adults, children, and developmental disabilities REQUIRED.
  
• Crisis intervention experience preferred.
