Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities designed to promote personal growth and mental well-being.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, continuously monitoring progress toward achieving those objectives.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessible and effective treatment for clients facing challenges that may inhibit in-person attendance.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education to enhance clinical skills and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health issues. Each client brings unique challenges and backgrounds, allowing counselors to apply their skills and expertise in a meaningful way while helping clients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as a LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, crucial to creating a safe environment for clients to express themselves.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in a teletherapy or virtual counseling setting is advantageous, as well as familiarity with various therapeutic modalities. Candidates with a track record of successful intervention strategies and outcomes are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
