As a Insurance Account Rep for Nora Vaden Holmes State Farm , you play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations while ensuring the success of our customers. You will be the bridge between the customer's needs and our internal teams, helping us grow by fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships. Your role is central to enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive outreach and by providing information about relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services to clients.
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and necessary documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, following up as needed to ensure successful resolutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
• A passion for providing exceptional service and solving problems.
• Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
