Your Role

  • Utilize our innovative platform to identify potential healthcare candidates while leveraging your personal connections.
  • Reach out to candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and gauge their interest.
  • Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for deeper assessments.
  • Keep in touch with leads to nurture their interest and support them throughout their hiring journey.
  • Thoroughly manage records in our applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and readiness.
  • Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews generated from your outreach, and successful hires connected to your leads.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only positionmeaning your earning potential is boundless with no cap on your success. Your income will correlate directly with the value you generate:

  • Earn commission for every qualified meeting you successfully schedule.
  • Receive additional compensation when interviews are conducted through your outreach.
  • Enjoy multiple commissions on new business acquired through your leads.
