Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established procedures.
• Interpret test results with diligence, address and resolve any errors, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection processes and effectively prepare samples for subsequent testing as necessary.
• Record all laboratory procedures meticulously, assist in training new team members, and help maintain high-quality laboratory standards.
• Keep a safe and orderly work environment in compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time with us.
