Description – What You'll Do

• Perform a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other disciplines while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
