Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and much more, following established guidelines.
Ensure accuracy in test results, troubleshoot unexpected findings, and maintain lab instruments through regular preventive upkeep and calibration.
Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for lab testing when necessary.
Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new employees or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
Keep a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Earn your ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities that promote effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.
