Description – What You Will Do

• Conduct a diverse array of routine and advanced laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, all guided by established protocols.
• Ensure the precision of your analyses, troubleshooting discrepancies while maintaining lab instruments through preventative care and calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation, ensuring the utmost quality for testing.
• Document procedures meticulously, while assisting in the training of new staff members and upholding stringent lab quality standards.
• Commit to maintaining a sanitary and safe work environment, following all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
