Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health field, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of joining.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
