Description – Your Role

• Assist in the collection of specimens and the preparation of samples for analysis when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all protocols, assist in mentoring junior staff or students, and help maintain lab quality assurance.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by following both regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree plus certification preparation from ASCP/AMT.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your career.
