Responsibilities What You'll Achieve

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreconsistent with established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance along with calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for accurate testing as needed.
• Meticulously document all procedures, train novices, and uphold high-quality laboratory standards.
• Ensure a safe, tidy workspace while conforming to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field along with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification actively throughout your tenure.
