Conduct Routine and Advanced Clinical Laboratory Tests

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various areas—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for reliability, resolve discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and preparation of samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new team members or interns, and help maintain the quality standards of the laboratory.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout the duration of employment.
