What You Will Do

• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collections and prepare samples for subsequent testing.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor junior staff or students, and uphold laboratory quality protocols.
• Ensure a safe and tidy workspace while adhering to relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Requirement to maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
