Description - Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage maintenance and calibration of lab instruments.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep detailed records of procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe laboratory environment, complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your career with us.
