• Critically analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot procedural errors, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen gathering and prepare samples for laboratory evaluation as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory activities, provide training to new hires or students, and contribute to upholding high lab standards.
• Ensure a clean and secured work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification during your tenure with us.
