Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests in disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols meticulously.
Evaluate results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain high-quality laboratory standards.
Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation policies.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent healthcare degree with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in quality control and regulatory documentation.
