Responsibilities – What You'll Be Engaging In

• Conduct both standard and advanced laboratory analyses—chemical, hematological, immunological, and various other tests following established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of your analyses, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in gathering specimens and preparing samples for analysis as required.
• Diligently document all processes, mentor new staff or interns, and help uphold rigorous laboratory quality standards.
• Keep a clean and safe working atmosphere while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a suitable allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout the duration of your employment.
