Education Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, alongside preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout the duration of employment.
