Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to match invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents for a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy and can keep pace with a steady volume of invoices. Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a temporary accounts payable position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents to verify accuracy
• Identify and flag discrepancies between invoices, POs, and receipts
• Route unmatched or disputed invoices for review and resolution
• Maintain organized, accurate records of matched and processed invoices

Requirements:

• Prior experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or a similar clerical/finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
• Proficiency with basic office and accounting software (e.g., Excel, ERP/AP systems)
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ for the full duration of the assignment
