Senior Director of Business Development

To drive strategic growth in the AI-Native Cloud market, the full-time remote Senior Director of Business Development will spearhead partnerships with AI ecosystem leaders, negotiate bespoke commercial agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance DigitalOcean's platform capabilities. Key responsibilities Proactively identify emerging AI market opportunities and develop partnership strategies Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to secure alliances with premier AI technology providers Lead negotiations and manage the execution of commercial agreements in coordination with Finance and Legal teams Required qualifications Proven expertise in building strategic technology partnerships within the AI and cloud computing sectors Demonstrated success negotiating complex agreements, including OEM and revenue share models Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders Robust technical acumen with familiarity in navigating sophisticated technological frameworks Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, particularly with AI model providers
