As a Sr. Program Manager for Change Management, you'll lead strategic initiatives that transform our physical retail spaces in Whole Foods Market locations. You'll analyze the business impact of these changes, create detailed project plans, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Throughout the day, you'll monitor ongoing projects, resolve challenges, and ensure all modifications align with our customer-first approach. You'll also spend time developing presentation materials for leadership reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our change management processes. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
