Solutions Architect - Cloud Data Warehousing (GCP) Full-time Compensation: USD 146,400 - USD 180,000 - yearly We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Cloud Data Warehousing and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will drive end-to-end data architecture, enabling scalable, secure, and AI-ready data platforms that support advanced analytics and business decision-making. What You’ll Do Own and lead end-to-end solution architecture for data and analytics platforms Define data architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time processing Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and cost optimization Incorporate AI/ML capabilities to enable predictive and intelligent analytics Apply data mesh and domain-driven design principles to enable decentralized, scalable data ownership Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams What We’re Looking For Strong experience in Data Warehousing (Star/Snowflake, Medallion, Data Vault) Hands-on expertise in GCP (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Composer, Dataflow/Dataproc) Proficiency in SQL and Python Experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, performance optimization Knowledge of batch & streaming architectures and API integrations Strong understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and data security (IAM, governance) Experience with modern data architecture patterns (data mesh, domain-driven architecture) Understanding of AI/ML use cases in data platforms Familiarity with GCP AI tools (Vertex AI) and ML-ready data pipelines Preferred Skills GCP Certifications (Professional Data Engineer / Cloud Architect) Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI) Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices *Pay range is indicative.
