8-hour day shift, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to provide high-quality patient care in a general outpatient setting. You will be responsible for evaluating and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and evaluations. Create and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon. Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
