Recruiting Assistant

Overview A reputable and well-established consulting firm is looking for a sharp, detail-driven temporary Recruiting Assistant to join their team for a full-time, 6-month assignment in downtown Chicago. If you're fast, focused, and love organizing and getting things done right, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll contribute to a broader organizational update by helping to organize, update, and maintain internal data systems. This position pays $20 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance as well as generous PTO. Responsibilities Dive into a high-impact project to help clean and maintain internal applicant data during a critical transition. Create and update candidate profiles based on applications received—accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Ensure everything is tidy, organized, and ready for the upcoming system conversion. This role is primarily focused on independent data entry at the front desk, with occasional coverage of basic reception duties as needed. Handle sensitive, confidential information with care and professionalism. Qualifications Lightning-fast typing skills and a laser focus on accuracy. Experience handling sensitive or confidential information in a professional setting. Self-starter who thrives in a quiet, focused environment.
