This position offers a unique opportunity to support our mission of putting families’ homes and lives back together across the Mid-Atlantic while upholding our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication.What You’ll DoCollect customer payments in line with due dates to meet delinquency and average-days-to-collecttargetsMonitor job completion status and request payments from third-party administrators, insurancecarriers, and other stakeholders per their policies and procedureAssist homeowners in navigating mortgage companies’ loss draft processes and paperworkConduct professional outbound collection calls, building rapport with customers and ensuring apositive experience with Thomasville RestorationIdentify and resolve issues contributing to account delinquency, collaborating with estimators,project managers, and senior management as neededResolve customer/client discrepancies and short paymentsDevelop repayment plans and process account adjustmentsUpdate account status records and document all conversations, agreements, and action plansIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline billing and collection processesProduce regular reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable statusPerform additional tasks and duties to support the Accounts Receivable DepartmentWho You AreBachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience, preferably within the construction orrestoration industryStrong work ethic, integrity, positive attitude, and attention to detailSelf-motivated professional with a passion for improvementCommitment to protecting confidential customer and company informationAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, growing environmentExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritizeStrong communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and negotiation skillsAbility to build strong relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and colleaguesProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Your ImpactAs an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of Thomasville Restoration.
