$22/hr - $27/hr

Position Overview

The Part-Time Logistics Coordinator will support the day-to-day transactional activities of the Supply Chain & Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory-related transactions are processed accurately and on time in NetSuite so that system inventory reflects the current operational picture. The accuracy and timeliness of this work are critical to maintaining reliable inventory records that support reporting and operational activities.

Responsibilities Of The Part-Time Logistics Coordinator

• Accurately process and reconcile inventory receipts, shipments, transfers, and other inventory movements based on supporting documentation, ensuring all transactions are reflected in the ERP system promptly.
• Manage and monitor the shared shipping inbox, promptly reviewing and processing shipping notifications, documentation, and related requests.
• Execute manual work order transactions and workflows within the ERP system, including inventory movements, completions, and closures, ensuring system data integrity.
• Support purchase order workflows by updating PO details such as shipment information, quantities, expected delivery dates, receipts, and associated documentation.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between operational activities, supporting documents, and ERP records.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records to support inventory transactions and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to obtain missing or incomplete information necessary to finalize transactions.
• Escalate unresolved inventory discrepancies, missing documentation, or incomplete transactions to the appropriate Supply Chain & Operations personnel.
• Provide transactional and administrative assistance to the broader Logistics and Supply Chain team as required.

Required Experience/Skills For The Part-Time Logistics Coordinator

• 35 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control, order management, or a related transactional role involving significant inventory movement.
• Proficient hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of purchase orders, work orders, inventory receipts, shipments, transfers, and fundamental inventory transaction processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a substantial volume of transactions and follow-up activities efficiently.
• Experience working with shared inboxes, spreadsheets, and supporting shipping and inventory documentation.
• Skilled at identifying discrepancies, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring issues are resolved completely.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Capable of working independently within established procedures and consistently meeting recurring deadlines.

Preferred Experience/Skills For The Part-Time Logistics Coordinator

• Strong preference for candidates with NetSuite inventory, purchasing, and/or work order experience.
• Experience working with 3PLs, freight carriers, warehouses, or external logistics partners.
• Prior experience supporting a high-volume, fast-paced supply chain or operations team.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
