The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing.This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, New JerseyAbout this RoleLogistics Coordinator plays a vital role in working with the delivery drivers on a day to day basis.Responsibilities:Identify the orders for the next day and create a route plan for deliveries using Weee's routing softwarePartner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure sufficient driver pool ready for the businessAbility to understand drivers performance and providing the necessary supportSuggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operationsDaily, weekly, monthly reporting in regards to delivery performance for the warehouseAssist with administrative and contracting tasks as assignedAbility to drive company vans to various maintenance vendors if neededAbility to deliver packages if neededAbility to perform basic fleet maintenanceMaintain the cleanliness of the fleet and warehouseQualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.2+ years of logistic or Warehouse operations experience1+ years of experience using Excel, Google Suite, use of AI Tools, and ability to handle large amounts of data, creating pivot tables, data visualization and make informed decisionMust have a valid driver licenseAbility to lift up to 50lbsAbility to deliver packages as neededAbility to stand for long hours and adapt to extreme weather conditionsAbility to work one day on the weekends.Company BenefitsComprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.
